Q: HOW DO I BOOK AN APPOINTMENT? 

A: BEFORE BOOKING AN APPOINTMENT YOU MUST FIRST READ ALL PRE-BOOKING QUALIFICATIONS TO CONFIRM YOU ARE ELIGIBLE FOR THE PROCEDURE SECONDLY, BE SURE TO REVIEW ALL POLICIES. ONCE THE PBQ'S AND POLICIES HAVE BEEN REVIEWED YOU CAN CLICK ON THE BOOK ME LINK TO SCHEDULE YOUR APPOINTMENT.  

Q: DO I HAVE TO PAY A DEPOSIT?

A: YES, A NON-REFUNDABLE $100 DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED TO GUARANTEE YOUR APPOINTMENT. THE $100 WILL BE APPLIED TO YOUR SERVICE. THE BALANCE WILL BE COLLECTED AT YOUR APPOINTMENT BY CASH, VENMO OR CASH APP ONLY.

Q: CAN I CHANGE AND EXITING APPOINTMENT?

A: IF YOU NEED TO CHANGE YOUR APPOINTMENT YOU MUST DO SO AT LEAST 72 HOURS PRIOR TO YOUR SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT IN TO TRANSFER YOUR $100 DEPOSIT. IF YOUR FAIL TO CANCEL BEFORE THE 72 HOURS THE DEPOSIT IS FORFEITED AND NOW A NEW $100 NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED TO SCHEDULE A NEW APPOINTMENT. THIS WILL ALLOW ENOUGH TIME TO FILL THAT APPOINTMENT SLOT.

Q: CAN I SCHEDULE MY APPOINTMENT BEFORE A VACATION?

A: PLEASE ALLOW A MINIMUM OF 2 WEEKS FOR COMPLETE SURFACE HEALING. (SEE HEALING RULES)
